Yeh-Chia Tseng joined the Ware Lab in May 2023 as a Ph.D. student in Biomedical Engineering. She received her master’s degree in Chemical and Materials Engineering from National Central University, Taiwan, and a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. Her research is centered on utilizing shape-changing liquid crystalline polymers to create intracortical microelectrode arrays that can be deployed.
